Is there a housing shock looming in Canada?

Over the past several years, both the Federal Government and the Bank of Canada have taken significant actions aimed at cooling CanadaB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s housing prices. The intent was to engineer a soft landing for residential real estate, and avoid a very disruptive price-bubble burst.
