Twinflower Park will change with the times as Highlands council passed a staff recommendation to update the aging playground.
Staff are authorized to prepare the playground for resurfacing and to paint the equipment.
The municipality may also change the sand under the playground equipment to engineered wood chips.

The swing sets will remain standing, but new chains and swings will be added. Other options under consideration include replacing the seating and replacing the wooden play structure.
