LETTER: Reopen Ocean Boulevard to vehicles
As permanent residents of Esquimalt Lagoon area of Colwood, we wish to publicly express our complete dissatisfaction with councilB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s decision to keep Ocean Boulevard/Lagoon Road closed to through traffic.
