LETTER: Dogs need a space to run free

LETTER: Dogs need a space to run free

This is directed at the writers who were urging Saanich to keep dogs on leash or away from Mt. Doug and Cadboro Bay beach. I am really sorry that you encountered rambunctious dogs who were not being properly managed by their owners. Dogs are allowed off-leash if they are under the control of their owners B次元官网网址 and clearly these were not. However, I am asking Saanich not to take away off-leash privileges from all dogs and their owners.

LETTER: Finding a compromise on pickleball

LETTER: Finding a compromise on pickleball

There is nothing more annoying than listening to the thwack of pickleball being played, unless you are playing yourself. I think concentrating Oak Bay pickleball at Carnarvon Park is fine B次元官网网址 no need to expand to Henderson where tennis courts remain in high demand.
LETTER: Saanich workers go above and beyond

LETTER: Time to abolish 55-plus age-restricted buildings

LETTER: Time to abolish 55-plus age-restricted buildings

All ages and demographics are feeling the strain of the housing shortage, yet our governments continue to allow age-based discrimination by allowing buildings reserved for only those who are 55-plus.
