The Capital Regional DistrictB次元官网网址檚 Nature Outings and Events for Nature Lovers of All Ages is a comprehensive, one-stop brochure that lists everything that is going on in CRD parks from July to September.
The brochure includes schedules for events, symbols marking the degree of difficulty of trails, which ones are wheelchair accessible, what to bring, how to dress, fees and registration information.
Some of the highlights centred at West Shore locations include the Sandy Shore Explore guided walk at WittyB次元官网网址檚 Lagoon on June 25, the Rascally Racoons walk at Mill Hill Park on July 12 and a Marine Day drop-in event at WittyB次元官网网址檚 on July 21.
Later events include a Mystery Creature guided walk at WittyB次元官网网址檚 on Aug. 6 and a Tree-Mendous Trees guided walk at Devonian Park on Aug. 30.
The CRD offers a sensational lineup of nature events and outings at regional parks year round.
Kim St. Claire, the manager of visitor services and community development with CRD Parks, said many of those are on the West Shore.
