DarcyB次元官网网址檚 Pub is taking over the Station House Pub space on Goldstream Avenue, with plans to open its second location in April.

B次元官网网址淲eB次元官网网址檝e been looking for locations to expand,B次元官网网址� said W. Dale Mallock, DarcyB次元官网网址檚 co-owner.

Mallock said they were looking to the West Shore to branch out and are thrilled to be moving into the Station House site. The new DarcyB次元官网网址檚 will employ about 45 people, 27 more than the Station House.

B次元官网网址淚 am happy to say most of my staff have been rehired,B次元官网网址� said Bill Beadle, owner and operator of Station House Pub for the past 13 years.

He will still run the Svelte Lounge and remains the landlord of the building.

B次元官网网址�(DarcyB次元官网网址檚) will be a slightly different venue with a few more improvements in the pub,B次元官网网址� Beadle said. B次元官网网址淭heyB次元官网网址檒l be giving it a DarcyB次元官网网址檚 look.B次元官网网址�

The building will go through up to three weeks of renovations and will have a similar look to the namesake pub in Bastion Square in Victoria.

The plan is to build a new stage to host live music, to provide numerous TV sports options and offer full kitchen service, Mallock said. While DarcyB次元官网网址檚 Pub downtown has live entertainment every night, the new location will have live music three nights a week to start, he said.

B次元官网网址淚 know a lot people from the West Shore come to Victoria to come to DarcyB次元官网网址檚,B次元官网网址� Mallock said. B次元官网网址淲e are hoping people will go see the Shamrocks, Grizzlies or go to Western Speedway and then stop here for a pint or a dance.B次元官网网址�

The Station House will close later this month, a day before the pub changes hands. The new owners will host a B次元官网网址渟oft openingB次元官网网址� after the renos are completed.
