Metchosin seniors launch association

June 7 event aims to help get the word out around community

The newly formed Metchosin Seniors Association is launching  Saturday June 7 with a Parisian caf茅 Stop in front of the old Metchosin schoolhouse on Happy Valley Road.

From 10 a.m. to noon, enjoy coffee, tea, pastries and conversation and possibly some ambient art. A website with more information will soon be up and running. If you have queries or need a ride, please call Colleen at 250-478-5150.
