West Shore cycling enthusiasts can now meet up in their own back yard, thanks to the efforts of avid cycler Raymond Pastuzenko.
After looking for a local cycling group and finding none, the Langford resident created a space on MeetUp.com for West Shore cyclists to gather, and has already had more than 30 people sign up for the weekly jaunts.
Recent trips have been out to Williams Lagoon, Glen Lake, Westhills and Florence Lake.

The group meets every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in front of House of Beans in Goldstream Village.
