A teen party turned philanthropic in the wake of an Artemis Place Society tour. Rachel Calder, executive director at Artemis Place Society took Trinity Startek, 14, on a tour that impacted the Oak Bay teen. She and her Startek siblings subsequently turned a recent party into a treat for Artemis students.

The artwork was beautiful and each piece told a story that was deeply personal. Each art piece made my spine shiver with emotions and showed what each girl had experienced.B次元官网网址�

The Starteks siblings opted organized a party, and asked peers from Glenlyon Norfolk School to bring items to contribute to the student rewards program. Gift cards, art supplies, fruit and vegetables for the healthy breakfast and lunches, and other items were gathered and then presented to a surprised team at Artemis Place.

Artemis Place Society runs the Artemis Young Parent Program and Artemis Place Secondary School for young women ages 15-19 who have faced challenges finding success in the public school system or who may be pregnant or parenting.
