The condo suites vary from 1,275 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft., with prices from $579,900 to $1.4 million. All of the condo suites are two-bedroom, two-bathroom, with some including a den. The Douglas has three design options, the Kingfisher, the Starling and the Meadowlark, all named after birds that visit the migratory bird sanctuary nearby.
ThereB次元官网网址檚 a variety of colours and textures for floors, cabinets, carpeting, kitchen counter tops, bathroom and shower tiles and back splashes. Options also include quartz, stone and textured tiles.
B次元官网网址淭he kitchen design emphasizes storage and a user-friendly layout,B次元官网网址� Royer said. Phase 2 is expected to be completed by the end of the summer of 2018.
Phase one will be move in ready this summer and features 33 condominiums, all corner units, in three buildings, some with ocean views. They are 1,050 sq. ft. and range from $499,000 to $510,000.
