A blocked punt and a fumble recovery was when the momentum changed for the Westshore Rebels during a playoff game Saturday (Oct. 21) against the Langley Rams, said Rebels head coach Dexter Janke.

The Rebels defeated the Rams 40-14 at Starlight Stadiums and put their home-field advantage to good use despite some tense moments.

The Rebels went into the locker room at the end of the first half 23-7, and despite having such a commanding lead, they had some struggles on offence.

Despite the struggles in the game, Wade was proud of his team and coachesB次元官网网址� work this year.

The Rebels will now play the Okanagan Suns, the team Janke once played for.

The team is not letting the win slow them down and Janke knows the next game is what has them focused.

The coaches are aware of the effort their players have delivered this season, but the goal of winning it all is what is essential.
