Again we have a mendacious public proclamation by Saanich Mayor Fred Haynes that changing Saanich from a B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·˜districtB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™ to a B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·˜cityB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™ designation would maintain its independence and cost less than amalgamation.
