Taxpayer upset with free vehicle-charging in Colwood

Other West Shore municipalities charge vehicles for power

Apparently the Colwood taxpayer is supplying free hydro power to owners of electric vehicles and there does not appear to be any control on who is using the CityB次元官网网址檚 EV stations. Such users in Langford and Highlands pay to charge their vehicles; why is Colwood free?

Call your Colwood councillor if you want a change.
