The writer disses CanadaB次元官网网址檚 carbon tax. Actually, a carbon tax is one of the most efficient (as well as the fairest) methods to reduce our carbon footprint. The largest polluters pay proportionally more, and 80% of Canadians are rebated the taxes they pay on carbon. It is the larger consumers and producers of fossil fuels that are financially impacted.
