When the animals are put outside their enclosures, Wild Arc uses the greenery to create visual barriers. Inside the enclosures, branches are used to make the animals feel more comfortable.

The trees usually last about a month before they loose too many needles. Moore Reid said Wild ARC will be updating their Facebook soon, asking people to stop bringing trees.

However, they would still like your business cards and linens. The business cards are used to make tags, while the linen is used to handle the animals.

The Victoria SPCA branch on Napier Lane is also seeking used linens to give to their resident animals. Dealing with domesticated animals, the branch will also take used plush toys in good condition.
