Eight bartenders will compete in the event at Little Jumbo, at 506 Fort St., to gain the title of the Complete BartenderB次元官网网址� one who can be a social mixer with speed, flare and bravado.

There will be three challenges and two redemption rounds for competitors to test the B次元官网网址渃ore disciplinesB次元官网网址� of a professional bartender: speed, efficiency, salesmanship, accuracy, dexterity, knowledge, palate, creativity and food pairing.

The first challenge will focus on speed, the second on the presentation of a flight, and a third will focus on food pairing based on a select set of available ingredients. There will also be two redemption rounds for competitors who have been knocked out, including a free pour challenge and a shaker challenge.
