An educational play about the Holocaust will tour schools across Vancouver Island throughout October. The tour will include a single public performance at the Congregation Emanu-El Synagogue in Victoria, scheduled for Oct. 27 at 3 p.m.

The play is part of the synagogueB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s 160th-anniversary celebration, with limited seating available for 150 people.

Titled Survivors, the play presents the true stories of 10 Holocaust survivors, detailing their experiences from the rise of Hitler through to life after the war. It explores themes of survival, resilience, and the consequences of normalized hatred, aiming to inspire audiences to reflect on the lessons of history and confront racism in the present day.
