Royal Bay Beach Park entrance takes a hit, gate crasher still sought

Whether it was an act of vandalism or a case of hit and run, the gate at the entrance of the Royal Bay Beach Park was badly damaged early Saturday morning.

Ben Mycroft, project director for Royal Bay Community Limited Partnership, said the incident happened about 12:30 a.m. The companyB次元官网网址檚 security service and West Shore RCMP attended. The gate, which is on private property, sustained damage to the tune of several thousand dollars, Mycroft noted.

He asked anyone with informatio0n on the incident to call the West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.
