A Christmas miracle is the opposite of how the Rimmer family would describe how their Dec. 25 went.
A wooden bear sculpture worth over $5,000 was stolen from their property in Metchosin.
B次元官网网址淚B次元官网网址檓 hoping they bring it back, no questions asked,B次元官网网址 said Rod Rimmer. B次元官网网址淚t has sentimental value, too.B次元官网网址
The around seven-foot-tall bear was displayed on RimmerB次元官网网址檚 property right by the wooden entrance to his home, as seen in the picture attached to this story. After the bear was taken off the property, RimmerB次元官网网址檚 daughter Dallas made a Facebook post asking if anyone had seen the valuable sculpture.
B次元官网网址淐hristmas afternoon, somebody decided to steal the big carved bear behind the truck,B次元官网网址 read the post. B次元官网网址淪o sad to come out to Christmas Day. If anyone has cameras in the area, could you please check them for a truck with a piece of bear sticking out?B次元官网网址
Rimmer noted he got the bear in 1989, with many of his family and friends having fond memories of it.
B次元官网网址淭housands of people have got pictures of it,B次元官网网址 said Rimmer.
He notes that theyB次元官网网址檙e two little cub sculptures that arenB次元官网网址檛 complete with the big bear.
B次元官网网址淭hereB次元官网网址檚 a couple of cub bears climbing up, there was a couple of cub bears down by the bottom by the big bear, and there was a couple of cub bears climbing up the log fence and log gateway,B次元官网网址 said Rimmer. B次元官网网址淭hey didnB次元官网网址檛 take the ones (the cubs) that were bolted right to the logs on the ground.B次元官网网址
Ultimately, Rimmer said, B次元官网网址淚 just want it back.B次元官网网址
