As Angela and I meet to chat at Canoe Coffee Roasters, I ask her where her favourite place is in the whole world. Her answer? B次元官网网址淎nywhere with my dog and my man.B次元官网网址�

Angela was born in Smithers, but grew up in Kelowna. B次元官网网址淚B次元官网网址檝e tried moving away, but always come back. Kelowna will always be home to me.B次元官网网址�

While getting her LL.B and MBA at the University of Saskatchewan, Angela played on the womenB次元官网网址檚 hockey team. B次元官网网址淚t was an amazing experience,B次元官网网址� she says. B次元官网网址淧laying any sport at a high level exposes you to opportunities that you otherwise wouldnB次元官网网址檛 have, like travelling and meeting new people. I think that hockey was an outlet for my competitive edge. Once I quit playing, I realized that it wasnB次元官网网址檛 the game that made me competitive, it was something that lives in me. Now, instead of a competitive sport to fill that void, I just find new ways to challenge myself.B次元官网网址�

Asked what fires her up about her work with the Jane Hoffman Group, she says, B次元官网网址淚t lights me up when I get to work with other people who are truly passionate about what they do B次元官网网址� I find other peopleB次元官网网址檚 passion contagious.B次元官网网址�

And whatB次元官网网址檚 the best advice sheB次元官网网址檚 ever been given? B次元官网网址淚tB次元官网网址檚 something that is captured in a quote that sticks with me: B次元官网网址楬ow you do anything is how you do everything.B次元官网网址� I think this speaks to integrity and the importance of being honest and consistent with your actions, which is something my Dad taught me.B次元官网网址�
