On Sunday, I drove in to Colwood to watch my granddaughter play in a hockey tournament and needless to say, the road was dangerous.

I have been following the debate regarding your decision to post a letter claiming that vaccines are harmful and read your editorial statement in response to that debate. You stated that you support the right of everyone to share their opinions and made a grand B次元官网网址渇ree speech for allB次元官网网址� declaration, however, I think you are confusing the validity of sharing opinions with making false statements.

Speeding in Colwood and on the West Shore is not a problem. It is an epidemic and the police donB次元官网网址檛 seem to be doing much about it.

I occasionally take a few minutes to read Tom FletcherB次元官网网址檚 column, more out of morbid curiosity than in hopes of enlightenment and to see if he has stumbled on a thought that actually made sense and promoted it, or if heB次元官网网址檚 just stood up, brushed himself off, and carried on in his unique world. Alas, his Dec. 6 piece only served to curb any morbid curiosity for a while.

Imagine if the NDP politicians were actually marionettes and were bought by BC Hydro. All of the politiciansB次元官网网址� campaign debts could be paid for by BC Hydro and re-election would be guaranteed.

Councillor Peter Wainwright did the right thing by focusing our attention on the proposed development on Beacon at 4th.
