A new tribute show featuring male actors portraying the beloved characters from "The Golden Girls" is coming to Victoria's McPherson Playhouse this November.

"Golden Girls: The Laughs Continue" updates the classic sitcom's formula for 2024, with Sophia on bail for running a seniors' drug ring, while Blanche and Rose operate a dating app for seniors called CreakN. Dorothy, meanwhile, tries to maintain order while dealing with a new younger romance.

The professional production, written by Robert Leleux and directed by Eric Swanson, features Ryan Bernier as Dorothy, Vince Kelley as Blanche, Adam Graber as Rose, and Christopher Kamm as Sophia.

The show, rated 18+ for adult themes, will run for two nights on Nov. 9 and 10. A VIP package is available, offering attendees the opportunity to take photos with the cast on the Golden Girls set after the performance.
