The Instructors Showcase brings the Collective educatorsB次元官网网址� work into the spotlight for a free event running from Jan. 2-12. Guests can view pieces, take in demonstrations and learn about future workshops with the GalleryB次元官网网址檚 esteemed instructors.
Notable teachers include Vancouver IslandB次元官网网址檚 own Bev Robertson, acclaimed childrenB次元官网网址檚 book illustrator Kristi Bridgeman and interior designer and textile artist Daniella Amit. Meet the artists at a reception from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4.

Next up is the Beginnings 2020 exhibit from Jan. 15-26. Also free, this event provides a first art showing for new artists, or those who are working in a different medium than they previously did. The meet-the-artists reception for this exhibit happens Saturday, Jan. 18 from 1-3 p.m.
Coast Collective Art Centre has been a West Shore hub for artists since its inception in 2008. Located within the Colwood town centre at 103-318 Wale Rd. in the Holiday Inn Express building, the Gallery provides those wanting to build their creative skills a variety of workshops and art classes, along with local artistic inspiration.
