A free talk being held tomorrow (Feb. 4) at the Juan de Fuca branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library aims to shed some light on dealing with dyslexia for people who suffer from the condition.
Award-winning Victoria speech pathologist Marlene Lewis will talk about her personal experience and the success she has had helping others overcome dyslexia.
Her talk runs from 2 to 3 p.m. and includes a question-and-answer session. Attendees will hear how it can be possible to end dyslexia B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ difficulty reading or interpreting words, letters and other symbols B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ using techniques based on current neuroscience research. All ages are welcome. The library is at 1767 Island Hwy.
