Margaret Grubb organizes photos for nine-year-old Katrina Van Winkle who was pulled unconscious from her View Royal home March 14 during a house fire.

Margaret Grubb is collecting photos for one of her B次元官网网址渂right lightB次元官网网址� students injured in a house fire March 14.

Grubb taught Katrina Van Winkle at View Royal elementary school up until three months ago when GrubbB次元官网网址檚 son Joseph was born Dec. 19 B次元官网网址� also Van WinkleB次元官网网址檚 birthday.

B次元官网网址淜atrina is a bright light in the classroom,B次元官网网址� Grubb said smiling. B次元官网网址淪he definitely has a very special spirit and can light up any room B次元官网网址� She always has a question to ask or something to say.B次元官网网址�

Van Winkle was flown to the hospital after she was pulled from by View Royal firefighters.

 

In hopes of preserving memories lost in the fire, Grubb has collected about 50 photos and the school purchased a digital frame. She hoped to give the photos to Van Winkle yesterday, but anyone with photos of Van Winkle or her family they can be sent to mgrubb@SD61.bc.ca.
