Spring burning period nears completion in Langford

The spring burning period is quickly coming to a close in the City of Langford.

The City allows open air burning through a permit system during two periods through the year, the first is between March 15 and April 15, the second during the month of November.

Individually-owned residential properties greater than 2,023 square metres (0.5 acres) are allowed a maximum of two permits per burn period and a maximum of 20 permits will be issued per day throughout the city.
