Metchosin-raised speaker T.J. Watt, a joint founder of the Ancient Forest Alliance, will highlight the Association for the Protection of Rural MetchosinB次元官网网址檚 (APRM) annual general meeting at the Community House. All are welcome.

Metchosin Film Night at the Community House features a pair of short films: Ghosts of John Henry (the people, fauna and flora that inhabit lands traversed by highways) and Return to Zanska (a visit to the remote Himalayan kingdom).

Art projects and field trips to WittyB次元官网网址檚 Lagoon will feature in this kidsB次元官网网址� summer camp at New St. MaryB次元官网网址檚 Church (4125 Metchosin Road). A presentation on how First Nations peoples managed the lands around the lagoon will also give kids a good idea of how to care for their local environment.
