Langford fire hosts Halloween open house Friday

Free hot chocolate, hot dogs, and full-sized chocolate bars for trick-or-treaters

Langford Fire Department is opening its doors to families on Halloween for an evening of free goodies, music and trick-or-treater heaven. Each of the three stations will welcome everyone in with free hot chocolate and hot dogs, and will be handing out full-size chocolate bars into treat bags.

Spooky Station 1 at 2625 Peatt Road features a haunted house guaranteed to raise goosebumps, and Station 2 at 3205 Happy Valley Road will be rocking with a live band, and a photo booth to capture all the costume memories. Station 3 is at 2872 Sooke Lake Road, and all three will be hopping all evening with music and Halloween fun.

The stations are open from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. For more information, call 250-478-9555.
