World Cup soccer kiss could lead to Spanish sexual assault charge

Spanish state prosecutors have accused Luis Rubiales of sexual assault and coercion for without her consent after the WomenBԪַs World Cup final, the countryBԪַs prosecutorsBԪַ office said Friday.
