West Shore rowers were a big part of a dominant B.C. performance last weekend at the 2015 Western Canada Summer Games in Wood Buffalo, Alta.

Patrick Keane and Miles Krakowec-Tickner combined to win gold in the menB次元官网网址檚 double sculls by almost 15 seconds over a pair from Alberta, then won gold as part of the B.C. menB次元官网网址檚 quad sculls boat.

Krakowec-Tickner scored another gold in the menB次元官网网址檚 coxed eights, joining Liam Keane in the boat for the win.

Liam Keane won two other gold, rowing to victory in the coxless doubles and coxless fours events.

Emma Gribbon climbed to the top of the podium as well, winning gold in the womenB次元官网网址檚 coxed eights event.

She added silver medals in the double sculls with Antonia Frappell and in quad sculls.

In total, B.C. rowers won nine gold, two silver and one bronze medals in the 12 menB次元官网网址檚 and womenB次元官网网址檚 finals.
