It appears receiver Dominique RhymesB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™ time with the B.C. Lions has come to an end.

According to a CFL source, the Lions and veteran American receiver have mutually agreed to part ways. The source spoke on the condition of anonymity as the Lions havenB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™t publicly announced the move.

The six-foot-four, 215-pound Rhymes spent three seasons with B.C. (2021-23), registering 148 catches for 2,347 yards and 18 touchdowns in 36 regular-season games.

Rhymes joined the Lions after three seasons with the Ottawa Redblacks (2017-19), recording 102 receptions for 1,578 yards and six TDs in 39 career games.

Also on Wednesday, the Lions announced receiver Alexander Hollins had signed a contract extension through the 2025 season. He was eligible to become a free agent Feb. 13.

Hollins, 27, was a West Division all-star after registering 78 receptions for 1,173 yards and nine touchdowns.

Earlier this week, the Lions also re-signed American receiver Keon Hatcher through the 2026 campaign. The six-foot-one, 212-pound Hatcher had 78 catches for 1,266 yards and six touchdowns over 14 regular-season games last year en route to being named a CFL all-star.

Meanwhile, The Lions have signed American punter Stefan Flintoft to an extension for the 2024 CFL season.

Flintoft was eligible to become a free agent next month.

The 28-year-old enters his fourth season with the Lions after finishing with 2023 with 95 punts for 4,439 yards (46.7-yard average) and 67 kickoffs for 4,144 yards (61.9-yard average).

Flintoft was signed to the LionsB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™ practice roster after the teamB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s 2021 training camp before taking over punting duties on the third week of the season.

He led the CFL with an average of 48.3 yards per punt and was third with a 37.3-yard net average that season, which earned him the LionsB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™ nomination for outstanding special teams player.
