Registration is open for the Saanich Tigers Minor Lacrosse Association as box lacrosse season returns for 2019.

This year the Tigers organization is hosting a series of B次元官网网址渋ce-breakerB次元官网网址� sessions open to new players at the Pearkes field house.

Lacrosse is a great physical conditioner, Stuart added, as it also rewards running speed and stamina, and develops agility and hand-eye coordination.

Youth who would like to try the sport out are invited to the Pearkes field house for either Feb. 3 or Feb. 17, depending on their age group. The open house sessions for novice (2009-2010 born) are Feb. 3, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., followed by 2007-08 born from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Then itB次元官网网址檚 2013-14 and 2011-12 born youth invited on Feb. 17 at 4 p.m., followed by 2005-06 born kids at 5:30 p.m. Visit for more information.
