At Rugby CanadaB次元官网网址檚 recent annual general meeting in Langford, Tim Powers was voted in as the chair of the board of directors for 2016/2017.
Powers, who hails from Newfoundland and works out of Ottawa in the consulting and opinion research industry, has been a member of the Rugby Canada board since 2012 as a general director and was re-appointed to serve a second four-year term.
