The Juan de Fuca Whalers won the Vancouver Island Midget A lacrosse playoff title with an 8-6 win over the regular-season champion Saanich Tigers last week at The Q Centre.

Caleb Kueber and Brayden Brown scored twice each to lead the WhalersB次元官网网址� attack, while other goals came from Riley Condon, Josh Wilson and Kason Grewal.

Both teams are in Prince George this week for the provincial championships.
