Goddesses are on their marks.

The Victoria Goddess Run, races onto the West Shore with 5, 10  and 15 km runs on Sunday, June 5, preceded by a host of events turning the run into a three-day weekend.

B次元官网网址淭his event brings out thousands of women each year who may not otherwise enter a race. For many it is their first race, and there is nothing better than seeing those faces crossing the finish line.B次元官网网址�

The weekend starts with package pick up and Moksha Yoga at sunset today (June 3), followed by a speakers breakfast, a bathrobe run/walk, a pearl putting contest with an opportunity to win pearls valued at $1,200 and a concert.

The event culminates with the run on the morning of June 5 and concerts featuring Dustin Bentall and the Electric Timber Co. at the Westin Bear Mountain with a southern barbecue buffet, a kids and family run and an expo at Westhills Stadium. Proceeds from several of the events go to charities and non-profits including the WomenB次元官网网址檚 Transition House and the Victoria WomenB次元官网网址檚 Sexual Assault Centre.
