Pacific FC fan favourite Josh Heard will be returning for his sixth season with the club.
The club captain and forward has signed a two-year contract which will keep him at the Langford-based team through to 2026.
He will lead the team onto the pitch for the upcoming Canadian Premier League season (CPL), where the club hopes to improve on its 2024 performance, which saw them miss out on a quarter-final spot in the CPL playoffs, losing to York United.

Last season, Heard made 18 appearances for the Tridents, logging 1,137 minutes on the pitch.
A knee injury in August kept him out of play for several matches, but Heard recovered in time to add firepower to PacificB次元官网网址檚 attack in the season's final matches.
He scored two goals for the Tridents in 2024, including one in PacificB次元官网网址檚 quarter-final win over Atletico Ottawa in the Telus Canadian Championship.
