Proposed pay scale needs to be shared by many more workers

CEOs should spread the wealth, but math doesn't add up in 10 per cent proposal

I agree with B. HorsfallB次元官网网址檚 letter that CEOs should share their wealth with their employees. But where is your math?

Each employee should get 10 per cent of the CEOB次元官网网址檚 pay B次元官网网址� $200,000 if the CEO gets paid $2 million? That means, ten employees will share the CEOB次元官网网址檚 wealth.

But what about the other hundreds or perhaps thousands of employees? They donB次元官网网址檛 get even one extra dollar?

The idea is good but the application needs work!
