LETTER: Rules should be enforced at Oak Bay dump

My decal expired over a year ago. I have visited the B次元官网网址榙umpB次元官网网址� maybe a half dozen times since and only three times did staff advise me of the need for a new decal, and each time they were too busy to get me.

One time I was told it was the lunch hour and come back later. Seems to me stricter enforcement of the existing rules is all thatB次元官网网址檚 required here. I remain B次元官网网址榙ecal lessB次元官网网址� in Oak Bay!
