The consequences for this serious misconduct are embarrassingly feeble (demoted to first-class constable, canB次元官网网址檛 apply for promotion for one year).

During my long career in corporate, government and non-profit sectors, I canB次元官网网址檛 name even one Greater Victoria employer who would not have treated B次元官网网址渟erious misconductB次元官网网址� as grounds for immediate dismissal. WhatB次元官网网址檚 going on here?
