Yesterday, I was assisted crossing the street on Bevan by a young gentleman who saw that I was struggling while caught in the midst of very heavy traffic. I am disabled with braces on my legs and as I reached into my car to get my walker, one of the braces dislodged making it very difficult for me to proceed.
Seeing my predicament, a wonderful man pulled his car over as best he could and rushed to help me cross the street and into Sidney Pharmacy. He continued to watch over me until he saw that I was safe. I only wish I had gotten his name but I do hope he sees this letter and will know how much I appreciated his kind help.
