I recently had a fall while working out in the weight room at Westshore Parks and Recreation. I wish to thank the patrons and weight room staff who came to my aid. Thank you to the paramedics, to the Victoria General Hospital emergency staff and the orthopedic clinic staff. So many people with so much care and compassion. Thank you all.
