DonB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™t drivers know that doing so: a) uses extra gas; b) makes their engine run less efficiently; and c) spews carbon into our beautiful blue skies? Do they not want to open a window or two because it would muss up their hair? I thought Vancouver Islanders were known for caring more about the environment B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·” and kudos to those who roll down those windows instead.
