I am very surprised that a group lead by developers are questioning ColwoodB次元官网网址檚 OCP now.
There have been many opportunities for input on the updated OCP. I attended most of the planning session and I was surprised at the time that there didnB次元官网网址檛 appear to be any developers commenting on the proposed changes.
During some sessions when we were working on formulating our input the few developers that did attend seemed to spend their time talking to councillors and not working with the rest of us.
I was surprised that they didnB次元官网网址檛 seem to care at the time, and now when the OCP is in the final stages of approval they question all the previous input.
I think Colwood city council has done an awesome job in asking for input and incorporating that input into the updated plan.
