We live in a beautiful small town and are fortunate that many of us can walk/ride to school each day. There have been too many close calls with drivers who simply ignore the speed limit, pedestrians, or even flashing crosswalk lights.
I wanted to send a big thank you to Const. Tim Cosgrove and the Sidney Elementary crosswalk guards who make sure our students get to and from school safely. You are making Sidney a safer place for our youth and you are greatly appreciated.
