Alberta Premier Danielle Smith doesnB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™t care about Canada. She only cares about getting re-elected. While the rest of our premiers, including B.C.'s David Eby, are taking a largely unified approach toward the Trump administrationB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s threat of crippling tariffs, Smith has decided that they are all wrong.

Instead, Smith hightailed it to Mar-a-Lago to kiss the ring of the man who wants to severely disrupt CanadaB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s economy. After all, the climate is so nice in Palm Beach. So much warmer than Edmonton this time of year. Well Premier, with your disregard for climate change solutions, Edmonton will be the next Palm Springs.

How can one premier be so selfish given the gravity of the threats Trump has made? All Canadians will be impacted, but Smith only cares about the oil and gas industry that fuels her campaigns. She should be replaced by Naheed Nenshi who actually cares about the future of the planet.
