How appropriate to speeding traffic on Goldstream Avenue north of Leigh Road. We can no longer blame commuters coming off the Trans-Canada Highway onto Goldstream Avenue as being the guilty culprits, blasting through the beach playground zone by Shelby Place.
Speeding into work zones is hardly justified, but speeding through a playground zone on the way home after work is inexcusable.
