Explanation of higher rates hard to believe

It was nice to have a thank you for smart meter patience from B.C. Hydro. But, I had to laugh about their usual excuses about higher rates.

It was nice to have a thank you for smart meter patience from B.C. Hydro. But, I had to laugh about their usual excuses about higher rates.

The classic one is B次元官网网址淚tB次元官网网址檚 been a cold winter.B次元官网网址� According to the weather bureau, it has been the warmest winter for many years.

So who is fibbing here? I know some people who say they have been in Florida for the winter but come home to a big B.C. Hydro bill.
