BOUQUET: Our cat was trapped under road sewers on Triangle Mountain for two days. Several neighbours helped us get him out and offered a towel, support and love. Thank you Colwood!

BOUQUET: I couldnB次元官网网址檛 do my driver-side window all the way up as the rubber seal had caught on the window and had started coming out of place. A big thank you to Cody at FIXX Auto for putting it back in place with a smile and at no charge.

HUGE BOUQUET: to Cobs In Millstream Village. Despite no power for most of the day, the manager kept his store open for customers. If you didnB次元官网网址檛 have cash then he sold to you on the honour system. A step back to simpler times. How wonderful was that? On top of that, the owner-manager stayed on to do the selling even after being up in the middle of the night to bake all the stock.

HUGE BOUQUET: to all the Telus workers and contractors for getting our services back up so quickly after a crane pulled down lines. Also thanks to the Telus tech who took the time to call and explain exactly what had happened and how it was to be repaired. Well done.

BOUQUET: to the Good Samaritans for assisting me and my husband who fell off his bike on Hazelwood Street. He passed out, one of you called an ambulance, and then others kept talking to him to wake him. One of you offered to store our bikes while I accompanied him in the ambulance. A big heartfelt thank you for all your help!

AN EVERLASTING BOUQUET: to the politicians, engineers and labourers who secured the watershed a hundred years ago and started the collection and distribution system. We are so fortunate to have a well-managed resource, and a population that has been trained to conserve, so a hand-watered bouquet to all the employees, past and present, who are responsible for this critical system.

A VERY GRATEFUL BOUQUET: for Charn from Royal Oak Vacuums for such excellent and timely service. He is not only very knowledgeable and polite.

BEEF: to the stores that decorate their windows for Christmas before Remembrance Day. Yes, we know you are selling Christmas stuff already but hold off on the windows to respect Remembrance Day for all who served and are servicing.

BEEF: to the drivers who park in the handicapped spots, thinking B次元官网网址淥h, itB次元官网网址� s only for a few minutes.B次元官网网址� I have limited mobility and also take my elderly neighbour shopping who is very frail. Please leave these important parking spots open for those who need them.

BOUQUET: to the Langford Legion for a wonderful Remembrance Day service in Veterans Park. It is so nice for the public with all ages showing their support and the event went smoothly, We appreciate you!
