HUGE BOUQUET: to the staff at Anytime Fitness in Belmont Market for keeping the gym so organized and clean all the time. It is nice to walk in and not see equipment strewn everywhere, and that your cleaning wipes are always fully stocked. Right on!

BEEF: to the guy with the lifted Dodge Ram who was weaving through traffic on Veterans Memorial Parkway without using their signals and tailing everyone they got behind. Great job reiterating every stereotype about such drivers.

BOUQUET: to the woman at Red Barn Market who is always so cheerful! I didnB次元官网网址檛 catch your name, but every time I go through your checkout you put a smile on my face. Thank you for having such a great attitude all the time.

BEEF: to the gang of Canadian geese who hang out on the path that goes down Latoria Boulevard and through Royal Bay. I did not think as an adult I would be afraid to cross paths with a bird, yet here I am. Please find a new place to hang out, I donB次元官网网址檛 appreciate being yanked down the path while my dog attempts to play with you, nor do I appreciate the droppings you leave all over the walkway.

BEEF: To all the people who weekly bring their full plastic bag of household garbage and stuff it into all the public waste receptacles and available garbage bins along Goldstream Avenue and in front of FairwayB次元官网网址檚, so they are overflowing! I see you every day!

BEEF: To all the banks who say you value us as customers and yet make profits of over $700 million a quarter and make us sit on hold for customer service for way too long! Not only that, it is a centralized number and you canB次元官网网址檛 get hold of the actual branch you bank at.

BOUQUET: To the City of Langford and the crew who are building the trail through the woods on Westshore Parkway! This must be tough and dirty work. I canB次元官网网址檛 wait for it to be finished. Thank you.

BEEF: To the two young boys and teenage boy who went under the do-not-enter yellow tape with their mountain bikes on Friday afternoon on our new trail under construction on Westshore Parkway! There are lots of places to go and not disturb the new trails being built for all of us to enjoy.

BEEF: To all the pedestrians who B次元官网网址渙wn the sidewalkB次元官网网址� so I have to walk on the street or in the ditch as they donB次元官网网址檛 respect space of others! I donB次元官网网址檛 want to pass you inches away from but you leave me no room. So rude!

BOUQUETS: So happy to see all the cherry trees and ornamental plum trees in bloom along the streets and boulevards. The pink blossoms are so pretty B次元官网网址� spring is finally here!

BEEF: to Beefs & Bouquets for not using the correct plural word for beef. The correct plural term for beef is in fact beeves. I assertively ask that you correct your mistake and name your column Beeves & Bouquets from now on.

BEEF: to the two men in the white Dodge 4x4 on Monday, April 4 at 11:30 a.m. driving north on the Malahat, with an extreme case of road rage. You followed a vehicle into Malahat Gas, were yelling and then jumped out of your truck and proceeded to kick the car. I have it all on video and will be reporting it to the police. Chill out and be patient and kind! Very disturbing to see two grown men act this way. You could have caused much more damage riding the car all the way into the gas station and then jumping the car.

BOUQUET: To Jack and all the staff at the Villa Eyrie Resort. We took some friends from New York for a one-night stay and dinner and we could not have asked for better service and hospitality. A beautiful spot and the staff made it even better. Thanks Jack to you and all the staff, weB次元官网网址檒l be recommending Villa Eyrie to all our friends and family.

BOUQUET: To the RCMP officer that gave me a speeding ticket on Lagoon Road. This was a wake-up call for me as I had become too comfortable with this drive and dismissed looking at my speed. I will be paying more attention as the speed is clearly posted. Lesson learned.

BOUQUET: A big batch of daises to all the local shop owners struggling for staff right now, youB次元官网网址檙e all doing a great job in these times of shortages and most of us are in the same boat.
