Unless journalists are hiding the truth that poodles and Labradors are out there killing other dogs, I donB次元官网网址檛 think that statement is true. Attacks involving deaths and serious injury are always more aggressive breeds like pit bulls and pit bull crosses.
Banning a breed is difficult, but why canB次元官网网址檛 there be some kind of by bylaw around using muzzles when walking more aggressive breeds?
I have only seen one responsible owner doing this on my daily walks. It is simple, doesnB次元官网网址檛 hurt the animal and is a good safety measure.
